Fine Print

How it works

Fine Print reads an agreement and returns a short, plain reading: what it is, the numbers that matter, what to push back on, the dates to remember, and a message to send with your questions.

Every point is checked against your document

Each point carries the exact words it is based on. Before anything is shown, the page searches your document for those words and highlights them. A point whose wording cannot be found is marked, so nothing rests on a quote that is not really there.

What happens to your document

The text is sent once to Claude, Anthropic's AI model, to be read. This site does not save it, log it, or keep a copy. Checklist ticks stay in your own browser.

What it is not

It is not a lawyer, and rules differ by state and country. Where a point depends on local law, the reading says so. For anything large, such as a home purchase, a business deal or a dispute, talk to a lawyer.
